Just a few steps from the Alte Donau, our Bed & Breakfast is tucked away in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet close to the city centre.
A few years ago, we made this our home and transformed it into three individual guest rooms – personal, uncomplicated and with an eye for detail.
Our greatest inspiration is travel. We love discovering new places, cultures and people, and many of these impressions have found their way into the design of our rooms.
Welcome to our place – in Vienna, but with a feeling of home.
Anything but ordinary
The Rooms Bed & Breakfast is Vienna’s only B&B right by the lovely Alte Donau. Small and special. Unusual, playful and harmonious. Every room is different – a different style, a different interior, a different influence. You won’t find anything standard here.
Things work a little differently here. You’ll be surprised, meet, relax and enjoy – and be glad you chose something out of the ordinary.

Good morning & enjoy your breakfast! Breakfast is where you’ll discover what makes our B&B special: personal, welcoming and with an eye for detail.
Our breakfast is now self-service, with a delicious selection of jams, muesli and other treats. Inspired by Mediterranean flavours, a little sunshine and southern charm are part of the experience, too.
