skip Welcome to the rooms, the new hip bed&breakfast in vienna.

The rooms, a family run 4 room bed & breakfast, is located in a newly built house in a green and quiet neighbourhood next to the old danube river. Yet it is still very close to the city center. All rooms are different and individually designed and offer a very special atmosphere. A big porch and a garden are available for the guests. A spacious bathroom, satellite TV and WLAN are standard in all the rooms. There is plenty of space for parking just outside the house.

The subway station Kagran is just a 2 minute walk away from the rooms. By train one can reach the Austria Center and the Vienna International Center within 2 minutes, the city center Stephansplatz just within 9 minutes.

Entertainment, shopping facilities and restaurants one can find in the shopping mall Donauzentrum, which is also just a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast consists of fruits, vegetables, homemade jams and muesli, an egg dish and an assorted cheese platter.
